Aquaculture is a type of aquaculture that involves the controlled production of aquatic animals and plants for human use. Aquaculture produces a variety of aquatic species such as crustaceans, fishes, mollusks, algae, and aquatic plants are all examples. Aquaculture and fish farming are both methods of breeding and growing aquatic species. Both freshwater and saltwater species are largely used for commercial reasons. Indeed, it is carried out under carefully regulated settings to provide a perfect habitat for aquatic species survival and growth. The most common type of aquaculture is fish farming. It is a way of artificially raising fish for reproduction and shipping. Large tanks are typically used to produce fish for commercial purposes. Aquaculture has been around for millennia and has become better through time. In protected coastal locations, fishes swim freely in enormous net constructions. It ensures that the fish have constant access to clean water and activity, resulting in healthy, lean, and firm fish. Human involvement is necessary for aquaculture to stock water with seed, fertilize the water, feed the organisms, and maintain water quality, to name a few examples.

The construction of freshwater ponds first parity is needed to be a suitable site and include the suitable villager locality, water sources, a good quality soil for fish farming, and proper management for outlet and inlets, road facilities for ingredients and fishes exporting, and after that construction of ponds and proper castrated pond dike height, depth, and sloping and fencing management. And the ponds are after construction preparation of ponds includes the liming, after liming process 15 days fill the water. After that fertilization process starts with organic and inorganic methods for growing fish food include planktons, algae, microorganisms, etc. after those proper checking water qualities parameters like pH, ammonia, temperature, alkalinity, nitrate, nitrite, etc. after stocking fishes.

As the aquaculture industry expands, researchers must develop sophisticated methods for monitoring diverse aquaculture systems and improving their autonomy, therefore reducing the environmental and human health effects of intensive fish breeding. To do this, extensive research should be conducted into the microbial ecology of aquaculture systems, uncover essential processes and critical interactions between relevant species in these settings during the next years.

Value Chain of Catfish Products.
This study examined the value chain of catfish products in Ibadan metropolis. The data used was from a primary origin. The instrument of data collection was structured questionnaires and in-depth interview. Purposive sampling method using snowballing techniques was employed to select 50 catfish farmers and 50 catfish marketers in the study area. While random sampling technique was engaged for selection of 100 catfish consumers. Descriptive statistics, profitability and value chain analysis techniques were used to analyze the data collected. The findings revealed that majority of the actors in the catfish value chain were relatively young adults with moderate household size and having higher level of education. The catfish farmers should be induced with productive resources to harness their potentials catfish production. Also, catfish experts should collaborate and work on local feed materials to reduce the cost of catfish feeds and catfish marketing cooperative or self-help groups should be developed.

Live Fish Seed.
The fish seed transports the most important factor of fish culture because total culture depends on the seed. And seed collection of hatchery and natural resources as like river, lake, and other natural resources collect of seed for fish culture. After that transport of fish seed, some before time use of transport of seed earthen hundi. Now transport of seed use of aluminum vessels, polythene bags, brain, polythene bags with oxygen and water. The transport of fish seed of traditional methods fully sealed and high pressure in oxygen level. The use of the traditional method of mortality range is less. Before transport of seed checking not affected disease, injuries fishes and transport time temperature will be 28-30ºC.

Phenotypic Plasticity during Fasting Periods in Freshwater Angelfish.
One of the most important species for the ornamental fish trade, the freshwater angelfish (P. scalare), is a cichlid from the Amazon basin. As ornamental fish market requires live animals, these fish are transported for trading inside bags, and in some cases, they experience long days of fasting. Thus, the present experiment was carried out to elucidate the effects of fasting on the phenotypic plasticity of organs with increased activity during such periods (e.g., the liver and intestine) and the likelihood of survival after such events, concerning the development of juveniles of the Amazon Cichlid P. scalare.
